Today all companies look for ways to get ahead, stay ahead and therefore looking for people able to influence others, to lead to a goal or a specific goal of the company, i.e. you get results in time and shape.
Leadership is the set of capabilities that an individual has to influence the way of life of people or a certain group of people, making this team to work with enthusiasm in achieving goals and objectives.
What kind of leadership should be professional in the workplace? The professional part from prior knowledge acquired in a university, but at the time of play that knowledge in the workplace meets the difficulties of daily life has for them. At this stage where it is passed to show results in a company, you should be aware that a leader can to acquire this quality or experience this gift, or just born with it.
The leader born or made? One question that throughout history has caused controversy because many people show this face to be a leader with just talk, or some people because throughout his life have been through many situations that have generated a level of experience and workers continue to be simply that trust and show it to them.
But all is not as easy as it poses the problem that is found in every one of the people that are prepared in a university have a more practical not theoretical thought, not yet know the uncertain future that awaits them in a workplace. They cannot think as leaders to leave the monotony that takes the work. Several people as stated above are born or made over time to be leaders, but what is even question is because currently many college do things for them, follow a leader they are assigned and think remuneration your job takes.
It goes without saying that people who are prepared at the university, which currently are few people who use their knowledge to be followed by others, who want to reinvent themselves and leave the lot. To do more professional engagement in the process is needed, what it is it wants to achieve with the studies, and that is what we aspire. Students only want to make money and think that just doing the job they are asked to make it.
In a way it is true, but the ambition is practically forces them to think differently from the rest in order to be noticed between the majority and become a leader.
Is needed in each of the branches of learning at the University forge leaders, people with independent thinking and be risky, without fear of losing or winning. Do not follow necessarily a person named leader but bring up their independence, use their skills and turn your weaknesses into opportunities.
Leadership is seen as a process in which it is to influence other people, whether only one or a group of people, so that they work together in seeking a common goal for all members of this group.
