Companies have been struggling to improve productivity among workers, through commissions, incentive packages and bonuses. It is an accepted reality that any administrative duties require salaried positions. When they are properly compensated, employees should appreciate an opportunity to deliver more for their companies. In turn, they will be better compensated. Some companies still doesn’t have a clear bonus plan or structure for employees, so it is highly advisable for them to build one.

If necessary, companies can create new positions with commission-based salaries. It is ideal for employees who can work more for their companies, such as salespersons who can get a few percentage of the products value they sell. This should also give employers opportunities on what kind of results they get based on their unique business characteristics. There are also different commission structures in the business world and we could choose one that could function properly for us.

Everyone inside the company should get rewards for contributing more for their employers. In return, companies should provide an incentive, so commission-based employees are willing to look for valuable clients. This is clearly a good opportunity for companies to diversify their business whether it’s by national origins, race or gender; as long as they could perform well for the company. With each new employee, companies could get new, exciting ideas or perceptions.

Employees will also be better equipped with they need to venture into the International, multicultural market.

Sales jobs are actually appropriate only for specific people who can attract the attention of their and build trust. However, salespeople should also be given the opportunity to motivate themselves and improve their skills. We want employees who know what to expect and what to do.

We want salespeople who can bring excitement and positive energy to others as they walk through the door and approach potential customers. This kind of energy and motivation need to be cultivated from the start; although some salespeople already have the innate ability to impress others. Customers should see them as enlightened individuals who can provide them with enough information. Good salespeople could also encourage the willingness to learn among customers by offering interesting facts related to the products.

In any meetings with clients, sales and marketing employees should be highly receptive to their clients. Customers should be willing to speak up and speak out if they are really interested with the products. Some countries are more accommodating for the existing business, such as offering tax benefits that could encourage businesspeople to start their companies. This should be another opportunity that we need to take quickly.
